What You Can Actually Build in AI Studio

August 03, 20266 min read

Most business owners hear "AI website builder" and picture something limited — a template with the colors swapped out, maybe a headline rewritten. AI Studio inside Ajax Union MarTech isn't that. It's a conversational builder: you describe what you want in plain language, and it generates a working draft — layout, copy, images, and structure — in the time it takes to type the request.

This isn't just for landing pages, either. The same tool builds dashboards, intake forms, booking pages, multi-step assessments, and full client-facing portals, all from a description instead of a blank canvas.

What AI Studio actually does

AI Studio turns a prompt into a working digital experience, then lets you refine it through follow-up instructions instead of starting over. A single request can produce one page or several connected sections of a larger project, with a consistent look carried across all of them.

It's not limited to standard websites. The same builder handles:

  • Landing pages and full multi-page websites

  • Dashboards for tracking a specific business process

  • Storefronts, portfolios, and other templated project types

  • Multi-step surveys and assessments

  • Branded forms and lead-capture pages

  • Booking pages connected to your calendar

If your request is broad — "build a website for my business" — AI Studio asks a few guided questions first: what the business does, what the main goal of the page is, and which design direction fits the brand. You can answer, skip individual questions, or let it choose sensible defaults for you. Either way, you get a full draft to react to instead of a blank page to fill in.

Once something's generated, you're not locked into it. You can keep prompting ("change the colors to navy," "add a contact form," "rewrite the headline") or use Visual Edits to click directly on an element in the live preview and adjust text, images, colors, or spacing without writing a prompt at all.

Where to find it

AI Studio lives in the left navigation inside your Ajax Union MarTech account. If you don't see it yet, it's rolling out as an early-access feature — reach out to the team at Ajax Union MarTech to get it turned on.

Once it's enabled, getting started takes three steps:

  1. Click AI Studio in the left navigation.

  2. Type a description of what you want to build, or start from a template if you'd rather have a structural starting point.

  3. Review the draft, then keep refining it with follow-up prompts or Visual Edits until it matches what you had in mind.

From prompt to published

A typical project moves through a few stages:

Generate. Describe what you want, or pick a template. AI Studio produces a full first draft — content, layout, and visuals included. If you don't upload images, it generates its own; if you do upload them and ask it to use them, it places them into the design.

Refine. Keep prompting for changes, or switch to Visual Edits for direct, click-to-edit adjustments. Every generated change is saved to version history, so you can preview or revert to an earlier draft if something goes sideways.

Connect. Forms and calendars start as front-end layouts — they don't collect real data or book real appointments until you explicitly connect them. Ask AI Studio to connect a form and it walks you through linking it to your CRM setup; do the same for a booking section and it detects your existing calendars and lets you choose one.

Publish. Preview the project across desktop, tablet, and mobile, publish it to a preview domain to see it live, and connect a custom domain when you're ready to launch on your own URL.

Two builds, two different use cases

A lead-intake page. Built from a single prompt describing a service business that needs to capture and qualify leads: a clean layout, generated copy matched to the business type, and a contact form ready to connect to the CRM. What would normally take a design brief and a build cycle came out as a working draft in one request.

A tracking dashboard. Started from the Dashboard template and refined with a prompt describing what the business needed to see day to day — appointments, lead status, open items. No spreadsheet, no separate reporting tool, just a layout built around the specific process it needed to track.

Same builder, two completely different outputs, both from a description instead of a blank canvas.

More ways business owners are using this

A few patterns keep showing up across different businesses building with AI Studio:

Intake and qualification. A multi-step questionnaire that asks a prospect a handful of questions and routes them based on their answers does the qualifying work a phone call used to handle, before anyone on the team spends time on it.

Internal dashboards. A simple dashboard laying out a specific process — appointments this week, open cases, pending follow-ups — gives a team a shared view without needing a spreadsheet passed around or a separate reporting tool.

Booking-first pages. A page built entirely around getting someone onto a calendar, with the scheduling section as the main event instead of an afterthought at the bottom, tends to convert better for service businesses that live and die by booked appointments.

Branded lead capture. A short, focused page for a specific offer or campaign — built and published in the time it would normally take to brief a designer — makes it realistic to test more ideas instead of committing resources to just one.

Storefronts and portfolios. For businesses that sell physical products or showcase past work, starting from a storefront or portfolio template gives you the right structural bones — product grids, image-heavy layouts, case studies — without having to describe that structure from scratch in a prompt.

None of these need a developer or a separate design tool. They're all the same builder, pointed at a different problem.

Common questions before you start

Do I need any design or coding experience? No. The prompt-based flow is built for people who know what they want their page to do, not people who know how to build one. If you do want more direct control, a built-in Code Editor lets you view and edit the underlying code without leaving AI Studio — but it's there for teams that want it, not a requirement to get a working page.

What if the first draft isn't close to what I wanted? Keep prompting. AI Studio is built around iteration, not a one-shot result — you can ask for a different layout direction, a different tone in the copy, or a different visual style, and it regenerates around your feedback. Every version is saved, so you can always step back to an earlier draft if a change doesn't work out.

Will people be able to find the page once it's live? Published AI Studio projects come with built-in SEO tooling — proper indexing, correct titles and preview images when links are shared, and a generated sitemap — so a page built in minutes isn't disadvantaged against one built the traditional way.

Can I reuse a build across multiple accounts? Yes. Projects can be cloned within the same account or shared across accounts you manage, which is useful if you've built something that works well and want to standardize it elsewhere instead of rebuilding it from scratch each time.

Getting started

If you haven't opened AI Studio yet, the fastest way in is to describe the simplest version of what you need and let the first draft show you what's possible. From there, refining is just a conversation.
